Warm Kale Salad
This simple salad will turn anyone into a kale fan.
If you tend to find kale too bitter, warming it up will fix all that! With the addition of garlic, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar, this simple recipe will blow you away with flavor. Serve it as salad to start your meal or as a side dish with your main meal.
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 Cups kale, torn
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider
Heat oil over medium-high heat in large fry pan. Saute garlic until lightly browned. Fold in kale. Add lemon juice and cider. Fold kale till slightly wilt. Serve immediately.
