The tour of this classic Hamptons style home tucked away in Brisbane truly took our breath away! It only took one look at the charming linear boarding throughout the house, the open floor plan, and high ceilings to know this is somewhere we’d love to live. We were also huge fans of the minimalist lighting features, welcoming neutral tones on the walls and furniture, white trim around the windows and doors, and the contemporary furniture pieces that all contributed to a luxurious, chic look.
Next, we love that Hamptons style homes are built to be durable and age well. The materials used to build this particular home are fire, termite, and rot resistant, and can handle being exposed to the elements. This house is designed to look just as beautiful 10 years from now, even after being exposed to the elements and normal wear and tear. We love the idea of an easy to maintain style that is low maintenance and built to last.
