How to Make Jamie Oliver’s Mustard Chicken | 30 Minute Recipe
It’s so simple to make a tasty, chef-level mustard chicken meal in just half an hour with these shortcuts from Jamie Oliver.
Jamie Oliver whips up a savory mustard chicken meal, and proves that you only need 30 minutes to do it! Follow below to see how to get this piping hot entree on the dinner table.

One of Jamie’s hacks is to save on unnecessary dishes - here he does this by seasoning directly in the container with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Next, he covers up each piece of chicken with about 1 teaspoon of mustard powder.

He flips the chicken to cover each side in the seasoning.

Now, straight into a heated pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Jamie Oliver notes that you should try avoid overcooking chicken (rendering it dry) - you’ll only need around 14 minutes per piece of chicken for sufficient cooking.

Get your baby leeks, and slice them lengthwise down the middle

After you give them a quick wash, give them a rough chop…

…they go directly in the pan.

Add a heap tablespoon of grainy mustard.

Crush up 2 cloves of garlic.

Add in about half a glass of any white wine you have handy.

And then pour in a bit of cream so it thickens up, and let simmer for a bit and thicken up.

Next, remove the chicken from the pan and slice up at an angle.

Pour the sauce into a serving dish, and layer your chicken on top.

And that’s it!
