It’s light and healthy, but is still packed with flavor and feels comforting to eat.
Making this salad even better (if that’s even possible) is the fact that it’s so quick and simple to make! Jamie’s timer doesn’t lie, and it proves you could make this tasty salad in under 15 minutes to serve to your friends or family. You start by chopping up broccoli and cooking it for 4 minutes. Then, you lightly season your chicken breasts, tenderize the chicken, and cook it in olive oil until it’s golden brown. Then, it’s all about perfecting your salad’s presentation and adding in Jamie’s secret ingredients: cool radishes to compliment the warmth of the chicken and broccoli and salted lemons!
