Burgers are offered on menus from the most dive-y of bars to the most upscale steak houses. At the Mill Street Bistro however, they didn’t feel a burger had a place on their menu. Chef Ramsay disagrees! He shares that their restaurant is too expensive and pretentious for their average local. As a bistro, why not have a delicious burger to offer?

Everybody loves pizza and here’s a new twist. Spread marinara sauce on the bun and then top your burger with mozzarella cheese, and if you’d like, pepperoni. If you’ve got other favorite pizza toppings -- mushrooms, pineapple, peppers -- add those as well.
For a twist on Taco Tuesday, have a Mexican burger. Top your patty with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, jalapenos, black olives, and cheddar cheese. If you want to continue with the theme, try wrapping your burger creation in a large flour tortilla.
Tahini is a nutty spread, made from sesame seeds, that will give your burger a tasty punch. Spread it on your bun and top your burger with a chopped cucumber and tomato salad. Or, eat this on a pita instead.
Who says burgers are only for dinner? When you replace the bun with two waffles, top the burger with a fried egg, and of course, bacon, you can start your day off with it.
They may be known as “sides” but when you incorporate them onto your burger, you get great flavor and texture. Add your french fries and onion rings on top of your burger patty, and then melt with the cheese of your choice to seal it all in.
Berries & Brie Burger
This is a burger you may see offered at an upscale restaurant, but it’s so easy to make at home! Give your burger a classy twist by adding slices of brie with melted berries on top. To save money, purchase frozen mixed berries and then nuke them in the microwave for about 15 seconds. You’ll get a berry sauce that you can pour right over your brie cheese.
Is this insane or...insanely delicious? It may surprise you how well the salty sweet combination of peanut butter and jelly compliments a burger. Spread it on your bun and be prepared to be amazed!
Meat on meat is always a good idea! We recommend using Italian pancetta, a pork belly that is similar to bacon, for this burger. Top with burrata cheese -- mozzarella cheese’s creamier cousin -- and swap out the traditional bun with focaccia bread. A taste like this, that’s amore!
Deli sandwiches aren’t complete without Russian dressing and coleslaw. These same toppings make a delicious deli burger. Give it a try!
