We tried making A-List 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston's salad, and it's as delicious as it is easy to make! She recently shared what she eats in a day (which we're sure a number of us are curious about as she is so fit!), and among things like poached eggs and toast for breakfast, her now famous chopped salad is circulating on TikTok. It is reported that she ate this salad everyday for lunch on the set of 'Friends' for 10 years! The team here at Dabl just had to try it, and here is how we recreated this wholesome medley of grains, herbs, beans and more. Read on to try the Jennifer Aniston Salad at home today!

Her costar Courtney Cox shared in a recent interview that she shared lunch with Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow everyday, and they always had a doctored up version of a cobb salad. It looks as though their version of a traditional cobb salad has transformed over the years, and now instead of the usual proteins like chicken and/or bacon, the salad is supplemented by bulgur wheat and chickpeas to provide more of a filling meal.
After our taste test, we've determined that while the Jennifer Aniston salad is certainly flavorful without dressing, we would not be opposed to a bit of olive oil and vinegar, or a creamy dressing of your choice to amp up this wholesome cobb salad. If you're looking for a refreshing salad dressing, we recommend trying out the super green dressing from the viral TikTok salad!
