Easy Green Bean Casserole
Create this Thanksgiving staple at home this year with this super simple recipe!
A green bean casserole is one of the simplest and tastiest sides you can make this Thanksgiving! If you have an oven and are able to open up some canned goods, you're able to make this delicious side right before the start of dinner! This is enough to make one 9x13 pan's worth of green bean casserole - plenty for the family and all of the seconds they'll want!
- 2 Cans Green Beans
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Crispy Onions
How to Make a Simple Green Bean Casserole
Gather all of your ingredients, which include 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans of green beans, 1 cup of crispy onions and 1/2 cup of milk! Crank up your oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all of your ingredients in a 9x13 pan, and use a spatula to make sure everything is incorporated evenly. Take about 1/2 of the crispy onions and work them in, as well. Save the rest as a topping. Set inside your oven, and bake between 35 to 40 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Let cool (so the casserole isn't too hot and soup-y), and top with the remaining fried onions.
